After qualifying in Culinary Arts in Cape Town, Rentia Maass began her chef career in the United Kingdom, then returned home to specialise in events catering. Kos Kouture was founded in 2020 and has become known for high-touch service and memorable flavour.

With more than a decade of hospitality and events experience, the team focuses on creative presentation, warm service, and menus that match your occasion.
